All new enrolments are allowed to have a Trial at BabyPlanet. This is to give the infant or toddler time and opportunity to familiarise with the new environment. Parents can also gauge the suitability of the Babyplanet learning environment for their child.

Parents intending to sign up for the trial are required to go through the enrolment procedure and payment of the first month’s fees.

Parents who wish to withdraw their child after the two-week trial period are required to advise Babyplanet in writing at least 3 working days before the end of the 2nd week. The refund of fees will only be done on the last day of the month.

Please note that should parents withdraw their child after the two-week trial period, they will not be eligible for the government Child Care Subsidy. The pro-rated fees will then be calculated based on the non-subsidised school fees.

Once your child’s admission is confirmed, a one-month fee and a one-month deposit payment will be payable.
