1. How do I register?
Contact us at 6446-0038 to make an appointment with us to come by Babyplanet during our opening hours for a tour to find out about our learning and caregiving environment. We encourage parents to visit during the opening hours so that you can see for yourselves the program (routines and curriculum) in action.

2. What are the fees that parents need to pay at the point of registration?
A registration fee of $100 and one month’s fees is payable at the point of registration. Once the child’s admission is confirmed, a One month’s fee and a Deposit payment equivalent to one month's fees will be collected.

3. Can my child have a trial at Babyplanet?
All new enrollments are allowed a two-week trial at Babyplanet. This is so that the new children are given the time and opportunity to acclimatize to the new environment. Parents can also gauge the suitability of the centre for their child. For parents intending to have the trial, please pay one month’s fees at the point of registration.

4. What if I would like to withdraw my child after the two-week trial?
For parents who have paid the month’s fees and wish to opt your child out soon after the two-week trial period, please do so in writing to Babyplanet at least 3 working days before the end of the 2nd week, failing which Babyplanet will deem that your child is staying on for its program and will not refund part thereof the fees paid.

The refund of fees will be done at the last day of the month only.
Please note that the government Child Care Subsidy will not be eligible should parents withdraw their child during the trial period. The School fees incurred will then be calculated based on pro-rated basis based on non-subsidized school fees.

5. Why is it necessary to pay the one month deposit?
The deposit is refundable if you opt your child out of our program. Two weeks notice must be given. The purpose of the deposit is to ensure that parents who no longer wish to continue with our program will give us advance notice. For optimal learning and caregiving, we keep our class size small. As we stop accepting new children once a class has reached a maximum size, other applicants are placed on the waiting list. If we are not informed, we will deprive other children from participating in Babyplanet's caregiving, learning and development programs.

6. When are fees due every month?
Fees are to be paid before the 5th day of the month. Please make cheques payable to "Babyplanet Montessori Pte Ltd" and write the name of your child on the reverse side of the cheque.

7. Will there be any refunds should my child miss a class?
There will be no refund of fees if your child is unable to attend class as the place is already reserved.

8. Do I have to leave my child for half a day or full day at your centre everyday?
Besides a Full Day or Half Day program, we also have Flexi Care programs.
